Gotta say my fave nostalgic games mostly came from Nintendo. What can I say? I've been playing Nintendo games (especially that silly game where you play as some kind of effeminate, overweight plumber and sometimes his anorexic wimp brother) since I was like, I dunno, 5. I haven't played many of the newer releases, but generally I still love Nintendo games. My faves were super mario 3, mario world, and mario 64. Besides mario, I played the starfox series of games (64 only, actually..) and some of the older rogue squadron games. Super smash bros (64) was another game I played obsessively on, though for some reason I don't think the sequels were as good as the original .

Hated that game with a passion, it was the crappiest piece of STG i've every played... but Forsaken64... made my sister throw up sooo many times playing that. The graphics and controls were so poor i could actually spin around for a few seconds and the poor souls in the audience would puke their breakfast and their children's breakfast, and their children's children's breakfast. That game made the simplicity of Counterstrike look almost like a godsend.
Other than that one, i would have to say Pokemon Snap
Ah yes, spending hours on that lil pokemon wagon every day taking random pictures of pokemon who runs and flies around everywhere. It's like fatal frame, but with living things and minus the horror soundtrack. It's now been so many years since I even touched my N64... and i gotta say, i still like that game! I mean, in the limited library of N64, who doesn't like Pokemon Snap?! Smash Bros and Mario Kart are too obvious so I'm not even gonna comment on that, but Pokemon Snap, that is one classic that's often overlooked by non-pokemon fans~

Oh yeah.. Mario Kart was a good game too.. actually my first 64 game ever. I can't believe I forgot to put that up there. Forsaken 64 I've heard of, but besides that I don't know all that much about it. What was it about?

STG is shooter games. The game that iwas referring to as pure crap was Forsaken64... Seriously.. it was soooo bad. You should give it a try and have a pukefest.

Sounds bad for people with motion sickness...
I remember Super Mario World and its 16UP forest of illusion trick, and the difficulty of the "Special Zone"...
I laughed the first time i saw Andross (Starfox64), come on a floating head and hands?! "Only I have the brains to rule Lylat", too bad Rare's gone downhill now.
It was fun playing with the ocarina in Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, especially with some improvising.
